I don't know if you have ever done this, but using a big body pillow that you can roll over can work as a replacement for a dress form. That is what I do. It is cheap, (especially if you find one at the thrift store). Which it doesn't help with SHAPE, it does help with getting things balanced.
I love your denim upcycles but I think I love the men's shirt upcycles even more. Too cool. Tell kids your subbie said hey. I miss their cute little faces.
You're like me I just do, sometimes I don't even have enough fabric. So I have to stop. Or sometimes I upcycle something & I cut what I needed by mistake. So now if I'm making a brand new garment with old used material, I now prepare myself ( thread, correct needle) etc. Im about to upcycle my brothers old shirts. Sooooo cute. Look like you eyed the pleats correctly..!! Luvvvv it go gurl...!!

I thought it was just me that tried on my creations inside out to make pinning/alterations easier (I'm self taught), so to see you do the same lets me know I must be doing something right. 🤣 It's good seeing you wear the sweatshirt - that's the video that have me the confidence to install a zipper (for the first time!) on a skirt I constructed last night. Love love love this restyle🥰 For me........I will make it deep cut just to wear a cute Bandeau top underneath......or a tankini top........adding a pop of colour. This is really cute. I did stock up on some men shirts when the first thirft store open back up with men blazers and shirts on the dollar rack. I just forgot to grab those men jeans at the same price. Dang it! Thanks for showing the alternative way of making this without the deep cleavage. My absolute favourite is the two tone jeans, and I think they work so well because they are not too different in colour, though just enough to make them really interesting. The jumper/jacket is lovely too and better than the original :)

love the remake of this You did your thing on this. I have a question I see your using the brother Serger,1034 recently mine stopped catching and will not do anything. would you happen to know how to fix that issue and if so show a video on how I really don't want to do away with it and it is still fairly new. Oh my gosh, that's crazy! Mine has never given me any trouble, so I don't really know how to fix it. But, if you're in my Facebook group, the ladies there are so helpful with stuff like that.
