+Josh Biller Hey Josh! Love watching your videos on flitetest. I was watching a documentary film on a World War 2 German fighter called the Dornier Do 335 Pfeil ("Arrow"). With some of the World War 2 based planes that you guys are selling, why not design and build a replica version of this german airplane. What would make it interesting for this plane is that it has two engines with a push-pull configuration. One engine in the rear and one in the front. It has the option of turning the front engine off while the rear engine is still running. This would be an interesting project to build on FliteTest. I am planning buying one of your products this year by flying a slow airplane. Peace, Flood!

Good to see you on flite test! Maybe you should get these dudes to come pilot at one of the machine gun shoots you go to. Talk about a challenge.

firepat There is a guy that flies delta-shaped nitro-powered planes back and forth along the firing line. He makes them out of that corrugated plastic sheeting they make signs out of, so they can take a lot of bullet strikes. I'm pretty sure the organizers of the MG shoot would let Flitetest fly and film there though, and probably let them shoot some of the machine guns too. It would actually be a really fun video for them to make.

+susanrc73 so cool. I have a local mate who has over a decade of fpv wing flying experience. He is a member of our FPV racing group. I am going to lean on him for mentorship and as a safety net... and he will help me set up the radio and wing. I feel lucky to have that resource. I am so damn excited.

+Shelby Voll not jumping ship, and I still despise most plank pilots in the hobby due to experience... but you know better than anyone the undeniable draw fpv has... wings are an extension and now I have a local friend not associated with the fucked up AMA club crowd to help (you is too far away)

This is the perfect first plane in my opinion. The liveliness is balanced by its dirt simple and fast construction(sub 2 hr). The best way to learn is to crash, this plane lets you.

Vince Irie The main issue I had with wings is that I live in a flat country....no mountains etc. And the coolest stuff I see with wings always in the mountains. But this arrow wing is kind of compact and fun to fly in our mini quad environments.

+Josh Bixler hmm interesting i used to run the 2826 with a 60 amp speed controler with a 6040 prop on 3s, and if i flew a lot full throttle the esc and motor would get realy hot, now for the intresting part, because that 60 amp esc is quit big and heavy i decided to use a f-20 esc i had left over from my acro quad (i replased the f-20 because of sinc isues) today i put an HQ 6045 prop on it an threw the 4s in expecting everything to get really hot, but to my surprise the esc and motor came down just warm far from hot only the battery didnt like it much, the simonk that is on that esc must do something good for it :) it is even faster now, i wish i had a way of measuring the speeeeed but by looking at it i can tell it is fast xb Tom

hehe couldnt help myself, i had to put 2 3s in series in it, had a flight on 6s it was ridicelously fast xb never flown anything that fast, to my surprise did the arrow not mind it at all flew in a perfectly straight line, the motor and esc did get quit hot so dindnt make more than 3 passes, once the weather clears a bit i will make a video of it. great little wing flies great even with 2 1000mAh 3s and a way to big motor on it, love it thanks for creating this little beast :) Tom
