I tried to make a hydraulic pump used in RC vehicles. I made this pump using two gears, an aluminum bar and a few hand tools. I expect it to produce high press. But I'll do the test later. I wanted to share with you the details of the construction of this pump, which requires delicate workmanship. Enjoy watching....

RC araçlarda kullanılan bir hidrolik pompa yapmaya çalıştım. Bu pompayı iki adet dişli, alüminyum bar ve bir kaç el aleti kullanarak yaptım. Yüksek basın üretmesini bekliyorum. Герметик не поможет.у тебя шестерни сфаской, надо торец шестерни выровнять .т.е высота 11мм уменьшить до 10мм тогда масло будет нагнетать.+ диаметр копуса должен точно соответствовать диаметру шестерни.сверло большое.удачи.

И не шлифовать цилиндр изнутри, это лишь изменит размер, но не даст пользы

Полностью согласен, фаски на шестернях и зазоры по бокам сильно ухудшили характеристики насоса.

If it can't create a vacuum on the input, it won't produce more than 1 bar on the output. Incredible job with the tools you've got though.

Не соглашусь. Я напечатал шестеренчатый насос на 3d принтере, он практически не создаёт вакуума на входе ( он не может самостоятельно засосать воду, когда он находится на высоте выше 5 сантиметров от воды) но при этом выдаёт давление 3 бар.

an additional option with this great device is a bypass passage, drilled holes leading from output area back to input area, and either metered by a hand adjusted screw or by a primitive relieve valve (a spring)

крайне маленькое давление он сможет выдать. серийные шестеренчатые насосы (НШ) аналогичной конструкции, применяемые повсеместно, в том числе в авиации, значительно теряют в производительности даже при незначительном износе металла, там очень строгие допуски по изготовлению и притирке всех движущихся элементов. так что можно считать чудом, что насос из видео вообще заработал) для кустарной реализации центробежные насосы лучше всего подходят, даже от такого же электропривода он будет эффективнее, имхо

Сколько ни смотрел видео про эти насосы, ни один не покозал реальное бавление на выходе, все пальцем зажимают. А по факту скорей всего он выдает не больше 5 бар

Это экспериментальное исследование. На самом деле я хотел показать, как работает гидравлический насос. Получить высокие прутки без использования токарного станка невозможно. Требуются очень низкие допуски на вращение. Правильный подход зависит от инвестиций и имеющихся у вас машин.

Petrol ofisi Kırmızı ATF 2 hidrolik yağı kullanacağım, hobici arkadaşlar onu önerdi, onu kullanıyorlarmış (araştırmalarımda aluminyum için daha uygun olduğunu gördüm). Sizde deneyin derim. Bu arada tebrik ederim harika bir çalışma olmuş.

Yea 2000 bananas is too much. You should had got 10 or twelve mm flat bar and saved all the disecting a 40 x 40. You could then dress the gears and plate on your sanding block in unison.
