Hello coach graham I have done the athletic foundation and the human garage reset My mobility is improved pain has gone from everyday life and my breathing has improved a little but even when I feel pain free when I dig my finger in my jaw or my leg hip elbow pec the pain is there not that much but not that less during the morning I feel loose mobile and powerfull exercises are easy at this time but in the evening it becomes more stiff it's like my old painful self is coming back I feel good for 2-3 days after heavy exercises like your home workout routine it but it's like the root is still there and I will have to cut the plant of pain if it grows out but I cannot cut the root deep in me the pain will be there
