You have inspired me to do a project a day on my new Overland build. The last project for version 1 of the build is this awesome hammock stand!! You are awesome and have figured out the formula to great content. Don't change a thing and keep up the great work! Stay frosty bubba.

I'd suggest checking out rust-oleum spray can bedliner for such projects. it looks great and is tough like woodpecker lips.

Love this idea but not for roof top…I have to use the tree line too many time in the night, but yeah this would be awesome on the ground or just off the hitch! Cool stuff thank you

Anything storage related, if you have any suggestions as to what might be used instead of pelican cases, in general storage solutions!

@@romaellodfranco72 I’ve actually been thinking about doing this! Or just putting hard sides on my clamshell that I already built. I think it’s totally doable

Am I going to sleep in a hammock on top of my vehicle? Absolutely never. Really like your content though, you execute projects in a very approachable method.

I'm curious what you think the weight limit is on your build.

Sweet build! Only wish I knew how to weld so I can build that! I was literally looking for a way to DIY a hammock for the roof of my 3rd gen 4Runner! Any way great video!

You should definitely learn! Not hard at all! I taught myself right here on RU-vid

Came to say I also learned on RU-vid! I use a 125 flux core welder from harbor freight. Super beginner friendly.
