How well does it handle carrots or beets with 1+ inch tops? I have a chef that likes some stem left on the carrots.

Awesome idea. Was that the smaller Harbor Freight mixer, or the larger one?

I'm not entirely sure, but I suspect it is the larger one.

It’s the 3.5 cubic foot mixer but if they have a bigger one it would be even better.
