Join me as I work through the process of installing a temporary rope zipline at my off grid property in MEXICO! The purpose is to test out my new Petzl Tandem trolly

From what I found, I definitely think a rope zipline would be best used temporarily and primarily for transportation or positioning yourself at height. Not so much a high flying adventure. For that I would stick with cable. Let me know what you think!

Load not enough by rope tension cable wire rope better then back up 📐 angle tension from the tree less bouncing

I still use that rope for access and didn't feel comfortable placing it under really high tension just for a test. I have 600' of cable that I can use if I want an actual Zipline.
