is the back seam even or is it on the opposing side of the slit? Would it be possible to make this skirt out of one piece of fabric?

I also notice the side seem is dislocated. I would cut the slit separetely (if i can say so) on the front pannel of the skirt, so the side seems fall in the right place

hello po, diba po gamit nyo spandex? ung pantahi ko po kasi same sainyo, bumili ako rib knit na tela, super cotton, hindi po nakagat ung zigzag stitch. ano po kaya ung problema?
