Hellloooo friends!! Today we're back with another DIY back to school video YAYYY! 😄😄 Learn how to make some super cute school supply-themed soap 😊 Enjoy, and I'll be back soon with some kawaii dessert! Enjoy! ❤️❤️
kawaiisweetworld you are amazing at baking and diy I really love your ideas because not only are they fun to make but they are also inspirational. Thank you xx
A little tip about soap making: You can help soap layers stick and prevent air bubbles by scoring the surface with a toothpick and spraying the top with rubbing alcohol before putting them away to set. You can also neaten up cut edges of your soap by rubbing them down with a paper towel wetted with a bit of alcohol. Cute video as always. I'd have a hard time actually using such cute little soaps x3
My thoughts about back to school: There's a lot of people so there will be a lot of noise. So annoying. Also they give out to much homework. Ughhhhh Rachel's thoughts about back to school: There's a lot of people so there's a lot of germs. Let's make soap.
this are just toooooooo cute and creative! Even though I started school a month ago I can make these for teacher's day, so when they use it (preferably during the holidays) they would always be reminded about their workplace filled with *_awesome_* students who did *_exceptionally well for our tests_* 😎🌚😈
I love your knife! Where did you get it? Also I just wanted to mention that when you use food coloring in soaps, It begins to bleed over a short period. It makes a real mess or just turns the soap muddy colored.
-don't go stickin your fingers in it - just a rule of thumb -perfect for erasing mistakes or in this case, bacteria you had me cracking up in this one hahahha!
I can not stress this enough, before you do layers on your soap you have to spray each layer wirh rubbing alcohol so the layers wont seperate and your design last. Ill explain now, you put your first layer of soap in the mold then you pray it with rubbing alcohol to pop any bubbles and you let that layer cure. Before you add you second layer you pray the first layer with rubbing alcohol so thw second layer can adhere smoothly and this will prevent your layers from seperating. Temperature its key as well, its not that the black bleed into the white its that the layer that you added was too hot that made the first layer re melt and there fore it combined with the new layer of soap. Please try and get a digital termometer and make sure to ask about the maximum heat temperature that you can have on the base soap your using. If the soap its too hot it will decompose even faster. My expirience its that depending on the base soap you can heat it up to 160°F or 150°F. When your meltimg soap make sure your monitoring the melting process and praying it with rubbing alcohol to pop the bubble each time you heat it up and if you started with 30s the next time you melt it you have to take off up to 15 seconds depending how the soap melting rate its going.
Rachel, when I tried to make some of your soaps ( which are very creative by the way) I found that before I put them into the freezer a skin formed on the soap which really makes me annoyed so do u have any tips?
