We keep this for a couple of weeks in chiller and still good, you can try making a small batch and check for the shelf life. We just use toothpick to plot for the eyes, charcoal powder add with small amount of water. :)
Yes you can, but the quantity we used in this recipe is based on Gold Grade gelatine 200Blooms, 5G/sheet. You need to check on your gelatine powder blooms level, if it’s the same, use the same amount for direct replacement, otherwise you need to try at different dosage to get the best result.
