DIY Scrunchie | How to close the end | Easy steps

It was best tutorial i hv came across about scrunchies.

Very helpful video. However I am still having a bit of difficulty with the ending. After Turing it right side out and sewing the two ends closed. Where is the hole that you put the elastic into. So confused 😐 🤷🏼‍♀️
