don't do this if you have rounded blades from the dual action aka lifting system or you are in for a new expensive set of blades.

I would use an old, small mirror instead of scratching a bathroom/cabinet/ mirror, though.

My current norelco is over 20 years old maybe closer ti 30. Still rums good battery is original. Blades have gotten terrible expensive now days were only 12 bucks ti begin with.

Try not to mix the foil and blade keep them mated.

Cheap shavers are a waste. They don't cut my beard very well. Need to go to upper medium price levels ti get floating heads and floating cutters do so much better on curves and nooks and cranies on my face.
