I’m so glad that you’re doing that. I didn’t start to embrace and show mine until RU-vid lol. Doing my hair on camera got me to the point that I didn’t care if anyone said anything about it because there’s absolutely nothing I can do about it. I love every part of me and she should too. You wouldn’t believe how many hundreds of women have said they have a similar scar on their head too.

Thank you for introducing me to pre parting, I can’t live without it now. Those “four sections” just weren’t working for my thick 4c hair, this is why I watch hair videos regardless of texture. We can all learn from each other!

I also have trouble gripping. So I use a rubberband and loop the crochet hair under the rubberband and twist. That way the root stays neat and it doesnt slip as I go down the twist or braid. I think I'll try these twists next!

I personally like short braid and twist styles but that’s because my hair is tailbone length. I like something different. I really like this style and color on you.
