I forgot to mention why I excluded the LED HUD. It's because I don't know if it was bought or made by the video creator. If it was built, it's not that expensive. But if you wanna buy one, for example one from SimRacingHardware.com it will make the rest of the build pointless with it's price tag of 200$
Johannes Larsson currently building one now and the costs of what I’ve bought (not as many buttons) is in the neighborhood of 150. Counting the PLA. Screen. Driver for screen. SBC, buttons etc.. but you could even hit the 200 mark depending on mistakes or how crazy you want to get with the handle wraps (ex. Leather or real alcantara) there is a lot of work that goes in to designing the wheel and all the moving parts such as paddles and making your own knobs. I couldn’t find any that are like the ones in a real f1 car (my design) so I’m printing my own. Hope that helps some
