Hi, thank you. Below are the answers to your questions: 1. The colored powder mica I bought it from a store called Hobby lobby, I am not sure of the brand name 2. The mold is called mooncake press mold. I got it on Amazon. 3. The citric acid is called Relative Foods Citric Acid. I got this also from Amazon. I am not sure if you can use muffin tins because it would be difficult to get the steamers out of the tin. But you can use silicone or plastic molds. I let mine dry for 24 hours depending on the weather.
