Thank you for your comment, I had to create the adapter because the cart would not fit directly on the sleeve hitch. And it needed to be loose so it could adjust in angle based on the terrain. The sleeve hitch attachments are designed to be rigid so they can lift up and down with the arm. I use a small disc harrow attachment at times to break up weeds and loosen soil.
