How to Install sleeve hitch craftsman tractor

FYI the upper hole in the deck arm under the tractor is where one end of the electric assist mounts on that particular model of tractor, also the older tractors with the horizontal engines used a couple of extra arms on the lift arm and a different arm going back to the hitch

I am new to the Garden Tractor world. I purchased a GT6000 with the 20hp Onan motor. Having a heck of a time finding parts in my area. I know this is a newbie question. But the Clevis looking turnbuckle that’s between the top and bottom of the unit. What’s the proper name for that part? My tractor is missing it, along with a bad actuator that AYP doesn’t make anymore (my tractor has the actuator mounted out of sight). I need that part and I cannot find it to save my life. I know I’m not googling the proper name. Thanks for all your videos, they are very helpful.

good job I have gt6000 Hydro have moldboard plow and Roto Spader cannot find this type sleeve hitch anywhere. Would like to buy one from you if possible. I found old FF 18 Hydro seems to be complete minus side panels has large Peerless rear live category 0 3 point hitch looks like about six week rebuild

Cool looking Dog, ok here is what I got, 95 GT6000 I have no height lever for deck. The Tractor did not come with the deck, I want some kind of sleeve hitch for this tractor can there be some kind of Elect drive mounted to that sleeve hitch, So that I can mount some kind of rear plow to it. The tractor has spent its whole life pulling aircraft out of a hanger and that was using a front mounted Pino hitch...

That craftsman would make a nice monster mower lol

What is the make and model of the hitch you show in the video.? All the hitches I see online do not use the mower raise/lower lever, which I'd like to use. They all have an external lever. My craftsman Professional 24 hp has the mower raise/lower lever on the left rear fender. Thanks for posting the video.
