Hi 👋 I don’t. I have analysts that manage the account management and finances, the gst filing is outsourced to a CA firm, editor that helps me edit, digital assistant for adhoc things (booking shipments, placing orders, handling queries, taking calls), I had a production assistant too, however she’s been very sick and recovering, so I’ll soon have someone replace her. In the beginning, it’s easy to manage everything by oneself, since there’s not a lot of work. Overtime, you delegate to free up time.
