I kept wondering where the xmas vibes were coming from, and then I realized an instrumental jolly old st nicholas was playing in the background. Both donuts look delicious!!
I saw this last week on an Australian cooking competition show - only they called it a bundt salmon sushi. It didn't look as good as yours though. With one team left to cook, the bundt salmon sushi team is in second to last place, but could still go to the next round.I hope you got the package I sent you. It won't make sushi donuts, but it should make for a great mukbang.

I tried to sit home and it was really good. Just in case anyone's going to try it at home, it's a lot easier to get the fish and toppings to stick to the rice if you put them into the donut mold first and then put the rice in.
It's actually easier to mold the rice first with the donut mold. If you put the toppings in there first, it will fall out unless you line it with saran wrap.
