I think if you aply the apinach ground to thick paste and apply in the walls if tandoir and ten use tandoir after it dries it will give goid results your roti will jot stick. You can also rub onion or potatoes on the sides to season tandoor
Hi Sahil, I have used normal cement, it was not high temp cement. As per my experience, there is no issue to use normal cement. I am still using this Tandoor and its working is perfect.
