Thanks so much. I had a motorcycle seat bolt that stripped the internals in the frame of the bike. This worked perfectly. Dremeled two slots in an 8mm bolt and pushed the stripped parts through. Works as new! Thanks so much.
awesome idea I would just put the nut on before using the angle grinder because sometimes it can be hard to get the nut back on cut threads, also if you get the chance I would replace that set screw with a hex one (flat blade screws should be illegal:)
