My wife has the same exact oven. It was coming on but not heating up. The thermostat was damaged. I bought a replacement thermostat for 7 cents US and it’s working again. Hope my troubleshooting helps someone.
damaged capacitors is a common cause of failure. fixed 2 large screen tvs by replacing $2.00 worth of caps. mine had not exploded but rather had swollen tops (curved not flat) or a bit of goo oozing out of the base of the capacitor
same issue, looking for FZ31-9 rotary switch, but no luck. Kitchenaid not selling this part. been looking everywhere ebay/amazon local stores. could you help?
same as the one in video, no blue light. it wasnt mine so i didnt know about the blue led light. when putting it back together i didnt bother trying to get the front side frame to slide into the notches, it was a pia to try to get it in
At about 359 in the video you refer to line voltage. There are four parts that look like line connectors. they have two screws to fasten lines together. Wondering if they are just connectors and can be substituted with other connectors. I have one that looks burnt and I want to replace it Thanks
yes, u can always go higher in the volts which is actually better and can take more punishment, but dont go lower than original. but do match the uF rating of the original capacitor
