I bought the beer pong balls on eBay and Amazon.

Not really. Because you are putting the glue around the hole to keep the ball in place. That's why you poke the hole big enough to fit the light. And actually, once you hold the ball with the glue firm to keep it in place, the glue also put a seal around the hole where the light is to keep it from coming out the hole. I didn't really have any issues with the glue getting all over the lights at all. I hope that answers your question 👍

Thanks for your question. Yes it does. I'm not sure if you saw my other video when I was building the big DIY Christmas tree. I was able to map the lights even though it was a much larger build. Just pick a dark space and try to avoid reflection from glass or mirror when you are doing the mapping. Hope that helps.
