When I place nails in a small spot I put a flat head screwdriver on the nail and hit the screwdriver with my hammer and it works very well.

*What a FANTASTIC IDEA to upcycle cookie and biscuit cutters❣️ Kendra, since the aluminum on those are relatively thin, I wonder if a Cropadile Punch Tool would work to make a small hole 🕳 first where you want to nail the cookie cutter to the board? Then hold the nail with a tweezers, or grip it in the tines of a flexible hair comb to secure the nail as you pound it in to save yourself from hitting your fingers.😜👍🏼🤪*

I didnt even think about my cropodile, Leslie! I forget about that awesome tool! I normally use my needle nose pliers, but I had very little room to work. It was tricky!

@@lateknightcreations *Yes, I could see there wasn't much room for a hammer to fit in that tight space. 😳 I wonder if you could make a small indentation in the wood after you trace the hole 🕳 you make with your Cropadile Tool and then use two of those tiny screws like those used in sawtooth hangers and screw them into the wood with a very SHORT screwdriver 🪛? I have both a Phillips and a Flathead screwdriver that are 2 inches (or less) tall for tight spots; I think they originally came from Sears YEARS AGO. LOL‼️🤣 But I wouldn't be surprised if Dollar Tree had some short ones.*
