When you started telling the sledgehammer story, I completely thought that you were going to say that Evan completely crushed his foot. When I was about 11, while camping, I was chopping up wood for the fire. I was wearing flip-flops and cut the camping trip short by wrecking my big toe with the hatchet. Luckily, it's fine now and I'm not missing any toe or anything, but I have a rather big scar

@@EvanandKatelynGaming you can level up in the garden flipper dlc to get a lawn mower to cut down the weeds and grass. you can decorate the outside with garden flipper and hgtv pack too. you can also paint the walls and stuff on the outside too

Ooh, it could be fun to make a 'multiplayer vs' out of this game! Two people have the game, both buy the same house to flip, and see who can make a bigger profit off it at the end! Maybe set a time limit for how long they can work on the house, and then see who wins!

That credenza for ants is a case of what we engineers call "CAD goggles". You think you're making big dramatic changes to a design and then they prototype it and its microscopic. Evan probably knows that phrase!

I’ve played House Flipper for more than 30hours on the Switch. 😅 It definitely could use some updates, but I enjoy the concept. Wow, this game looks so much better on PC! You guys have many more options for furniture and painting sizes. 😱

Oh my gosh guys you had me cackling within the first two minutes of this video! I also play House Flipper and it's so fun to see your choices with this HORRIBLE office. I ended up making mine a house with a small standing divider for the bedroom. Clearing out the yard was also a journey. I think we had moles at one point??

I lived in a house that had a basement which was its own 2 bedroom apartment (the mudroom had the stair entrance so any occupants weren’t coming out into our portion of the house), but when we rented it out to my moms good friend, her son painted his room straight up bright red and with an elmo face on one of the walls. It was a very jarring room to walk into XD (rip to 100+ yo house 2019 lost to arson :/ we lived in it for c h e a p bc the landlord was our friend)
