@miss__monique if u know what your doing, you can really improve these homes and rent them to low income families who deserve to live in nice homes. But even the half ass completed apartment they showed was low quality slum lord style. They tryna over charge ppl to live in these horribly constructed homes. They aren't investing in the structural integrity either which many of these homes are plagued with. Saying its gonna cost 40k to add 500sq ft to a house where they would tear off the roof, re roof re wall the side walls and add load on a house that may be structural inept shows me they know nothing and are selling a false promise.
