@crisdav7927 it's crazy how common these guys to the point where everyone has a story about someone like this. there was a coworker I had the would do the same thing and say it was an "accident", but we couldn't do anything because he was related to our boss at the time who was also a creep. it got so bad to the point where the women needed to always have a guy around so who wouldn't do it. and every time a new girl started working, one rule would always be to make sure he doesn't get anywhere near them or even interact with them. he did get reported but sadly he never faced any consequences for it

I agree. You really can't help these towards of people. The fact that he is doing this in a place he KNOWS are full of cameras at every section just shows how much of a sickness this is. And I don't think that sickness can be cured. The most you can do is try to scare them from doing these sort of stuff again , but to me that isn't enough. He should 100% be in a registry. And sadly there are MANY other Booms, who no one knows or cares about. And those are the people that reoffend because they get light sentences when they are caught the first time. There's something rotten in the system when it comes to this kind of stuff, and they get the lightest sentences relative to the crimes committed. Something ain't right.
