As a Mexican who loves Hip Hop I really don’t see why those Latinos said anything about being misrepresented. Yeah Latinos have a huge play in West Coast rap, but on Juneteenth? We shouldn’t be asked to participate in an event not dedicated to us. This is our African American brothers and sisters day 👌🏾 We can have “Unite the West” event another time.

We can’t have shit without anyone else always involved in it. We ARE the culture but damn can we keep some shit too 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

Super interesting: Black American are and have questioned (their) inclusion at all times and events. Film. TV. Politics. Etc. The consensus now is don't dare ask us to include other groups when we're in charge. Yet, please continue buying and supporting our content. That's doesn't stop. But asking us to consider inclusion is insensitive and racist to us. Yea food for thought.

Nope , not one homie I knew complained about the “lack” or representation we Mexicans had. We have nothing to do with that holiday and it would’ve been up to Kendrick to decide anyways. Doesn’t bother me K-Dot held it down for the real Hip-Hop and West Coast… Real grown men mind their business and move on…Seems like this is just a narrative the media is just trying to push and create conflict.

And behind them walls its been a lot of Warz with the Southern Mexicans and Blacks from all California. So it's there shit. why is everyone trying to put some scandal on Kendricks big moment? this dude is like the version of a white girl that acts super offended for the black culture, when nobody asked her to. like this situation, no VATOS are even crying about the mexican representation. we all know whats up. this was not a moment for our culture. yall represent for us like no other. Just like YG. No vatos are bitching. We supporting. Black culture has represented for vatos on so many levels. We love yall vatos. Dont let let this drake plant, put negativity energy on this big moment in history. They just lookin for clout.

Hip hop and Juneteenth is black culture so nobody should be feeling any type of way of what we created and what we celebrate. Blacks don't feel no type of way when we dont get invited to other cultures celebration Days facts 👌🏾💯😏
