‘My middle school cafeteria guy had a ponytail He was smokin' on the job, we used to laugh about it Now I understand that we ain't know the half about it’ I love the way DJ raps about honest, ordinary people. We all just tryna get by man
That's a good interpretation but I think it also shows no one is superior or inferior than the other. The cafeteria guy is just an ordinary guy to you but to his family he can be so much more. Just because the guy smoked DJ judged him, but when he got older he did the same and realized why. At the end of the day we are all human, one in the same, so don't put anyone down because you don't know their story and keep your head up and focus on your own story.
Bro pls master this and release it as a single cause like god damn this is a banger for a whole generation… “I’m in jersey like the situation” 🔥🥵 like Lucas u murdered this
this is so hard this is how I felt working any job except now I've been at my part time for a year and half of that smoke free for a change but damn it sucks either way
Ran a grow store for 8 years, smoking 24/7. Now I run a big ass machine I can kill myself on, so I smoke after work. Shout out from the cranberry bogs.
