@@elchurro7540yeah but the mid west is viewed as your with who ever you came up with. Em is somewhat attached to the west cause of Dre and Kanye is attached to the east cause Jay-Z. I feel the mid west doesn’t really get considered its own place like the east and west.
Finally somebody Gives the incomparable the immaculate the innovative mr David Blake aka DJ QuiK some love. You got damn right Mr Mustard. And def Mr Battle Cat.
@@_truthBtoldyou've gotta be insane if you think Timbaland is better than Scott Storch. That guy made classics that you're not even aware of. And he's so versatile that you wouldn't even be able to tell which beats are his. With Timb, you can always tell it's his beats because his sounds arw repetitive. Don't get me wrong. Timb is a legend, a beast, but the songs he produced can never be classics like the ones Storch produced. I'm talking multi platinum hits that combine all the money made by Timbaland's best hits.
@@FarhaMall naw. Scott is nice as well but Timb has way heavier classics, we talking Aaliyah, Missy, Ginuwine, Jay Z, Kanye, Justin Timberlake , Drake etc. literal hip-hop/r&b classics, hits and bops. Timb is a far more creative producer as well. None of his beats are repetitive either...
@@_truthBtold bruh, absolutely nothing is as classic as Dr Dre's comeback hit Still D.R.E produced by Scott Storch. That joint is regarded by literally the biggest names in hip hop as a masterpiece. That's more recognizable than any track Timbaland ever made. Even Cry Me a River, which argued to be Timb's Biggest hit IS co-produced by Scott Storch, but Timb played dirty and decided not to recognize him publicly. Do your research and you'll see that Scott Storch literally helped every big producer make their own biggest hit. Added to that is the fact that Storch plays his music from A to Z. No sampling or grab me that sound and glue it to some other sound to make a melody like most of Timbs melodies are (keyboard synths already pre-made to sound like a melody once you press a single key). EVERY Storch beat made for Jay-Z, Beyonce and every big artist you named yourself was played on a keyboard on the spot. Do you your research bro. And yes, Tim's beats are so identifiable because he is not that diversified. I bet you wouldn't recognize Storch beats if you heard all of them because he simply a musician too, not just a keyboard producer
bro finally someone gives mac his flowers as a producer, he really made better beats than most full time producers lmao, if he produced more he would 100% be in my top 5
my top 5 (trap producers) Metro boomin Zaytoven 808 mafia (southside specifically) London on da track Pierre My top 5 (oat) Dr dre Kanye west Scott Storch Daz dillinger (hella underrated) Metro boomin (again lol)
He said he has his own list...he knows about Swiss Beats but Kayne and Dre were better than Swiss and Timberland...Timberland has some hits but not like Kayne and Dre
A lot of people forget DJ QwiK and almost NOBODY has Daz on their list. Truth be told after the chronic came out in 91 or 92, whenever it was, Daz did A WHOLE HELL OF ALOT OF THE BEATS that Dre gets credit for and so did QwiK. Those two dudes are legends also
ngl I don't see the hype around Dr. Dre's beats.... Kanye clears him.... go and listen to Diamonds Frome Sierra Leone...... like....how?...how did you come up with this????
Gtfoh. That track is a Shirley bassey song "diamonds are forever" l. He even kept it about diamonds. He has sampled loads , heaps actually rock music, a bunch of gospel. Stronger is basically a daft punk song and golddigger is Ray Charles. I could go on and on Today...you play to the piano riff Scott storch made for "still d.r.e." and everybody goes nuts , 25 years later. Still slaps !! It's Probably the most iconic track the genre has ever had. Ever. Chronic is one of the top 5 albums even in the genre Just because u a youngin and weren't around when Dre was poppin. U are biased because u grew up listening to Kanye. When u have a good time in the club those songs are gonna hit harder to you. It's about memories and the vibes.
@jaimedelgado7529 I was there's for both records.... there's a 6 year gap between them.... I'm taking a step past the hype of the records and what they mean....I'm talking about creativity...... some random kid could've figured out the still dre riff...... its not outside of the realm of possibility..... but a random kid is not putting diamonds together....even with the sample..... the sample compared to Kanye's is very bare bones... Kanye is a mad man on the beats. I can address your contradictions by the way but I don't really care too.
None of his beats sound anything inspired from Preemo or Rza. His s7^^ literally sounds like Lil Jon. He's probably inspired by Dre, Ye, Cat, and bs Quik.
