It's hard to believe that a 14yo boy created this masterpiece at such a young age, truely a natural talent at creating music and an artist that deserves way more respect than he currently has. It's sad he stopped making music.. but we can just all hope, that he one day will return with even more masterpieces to his name.
well he is hungarian, did many songs in hungarian language that you may never heard, and looking at his FB page he still makes new musics - facebook.com/hundjsplash - but this is not the original handsup style he used to do :D
@@siegpasta wow, there is an other DJ Splash who is hungarian and famous here lol. All the time I thought they are the same but now... my life was a lie :/
Hey! Just thought I'd let you know he now has a YT channel (which he confirmed was him) and he uploads old edits, some of which were unreleased projects :) here it is! ru-vid.com/show-UCy6hdKpIqe8AJCGayTdY9Vwvideos
@@SugaarAciid O yea, trust me I knew from within the first hour upon the release of this channel's existence. Which honestly just was a pure coincidence, but still hehe. Also his spotify acc.
This is the style of electro that really got me into the scene, and although I've moved on to loving a large variety of the modern artists, and a hard dubstep drop or a tearjerking trance melody will give me chills, but nothing beats returning to these techno songs like DJ Splash's that will always take my mind on journeys and make me feel things that I never do otherwise.
Have no idea how many times that I have now listened to this song, maybe a thousand? more then a couple hundred over the years :) All DJ Splash songs are SO good. I have spent countless of hours listening to this insane DJ, yet i have never seen his face or heard about a live concert. Sadly he was just 14-15 when he made his songs and has most likely got no money for them. DJ SPLASH IF YOU SEE THIS, WE LOVE YOU FOR WHOEVER YOU ARE NOW.
I listened DJ Raaban and DJ Splash and all 14 years ago when I was 12 years old 😎👍🏾 now 26 but soon 27 and still I love these songs and 90's songs 😍😌🤤❤️
I remember when child care took me out of home that I listening to this song all the time when I was sitting on the bus to school.. Now 7 years later I still got flashbacks to the time when they stood for my home with the cops to get me out of home.. but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, thanks for the song it kept me alive!
Woah guys. The time I was really addicted and listened to this song 24/7 was AT LEAST ago 14 years. I was playing Combat Arms EU all that time. I've started programming these times, while I was 12. For real, this song is 16 years already here and I see a lot of comments here that have been commented just a few years ago and pretty much recently. I hope there are still a lot of guys which are the same like me, coming back like once a year and sitting back, listening to this song xD. I hope DJ Splash is good as well. Time has past, today I'm 26 years old, still a software developer and I come always back to this old feelings and memories listening to this song. Really hard to describe my feelings. Keep it up guys and stay good all time. :) I will come back shortly.. or in a few years to comment to this xD Crazy guys.
I remember the first time I heard this song. My friend showed it to me on the way to school in 2008 or something, and he sent it to me on Bluetooth. And all kids in school sent it to each other. Seems like ages ago.
i'm in i miss this type of era :( 90s and 2000s rave, trance, techno, hands up, hard style, happy hardcore, cybergoth, blue backgrounds and white text, unregistered hypercam2, bandicam, sparta remix, the OG memes when they were actually funny, chad warden, pingas, Chad Warden, The Techno Viking , flash games like Thing Thing and The Several Journeys Of Reemus, Dynasty Street, Chaos Faction, Autumn War, animations like Xiao Xiao, Madness Combat (the era of 1 foot Grunts, everyone was a grunt even Hank, floaty awkward movements, stock sounds or Counter Strike 1.6 sounds) i want this all back :,)
DJ Splash mostly made his original tracks Between 2002-2006. After 2006, he has begun to make remixes. There are several videos of DJ Splash that were uploaded on YT between 2006 - 2007. His last projects were Splash & Zola and Candy Crew in 2008. But the last made was “Cargo - Legal Alien (Candy Crew remix)” betweeen 2008 and 2009. So he completely stopped to produce the music in 2009. The main reason is that DJ Splash didn’t want to. I was thinking the one particular reason. He was born in 1991, so in 2009, he turned 18, and started to work at normal job. That could be the main reason btw. Will he come back? There only one person that 100% know the answer.
@@GanjaMasterBlaster Ye, it may look pretty fake but reading his comments and replies on his most popular songs on the channel will kinda give you more details on why is that and that and stuff, and his spotify is also verified despite the fact only gaining 20K listeners
When I see 2019 songs. It's only about drugs, money and girls. And it's big bulls*it. When I see 2005-2009 songs. It's about good bass, hardstyle and songs sounds good.
Uhuh, these topics neeeever existed in music before right? Definitely not in 60's-70's rock n roll and multiple other genres among all decades, not just these 2 specific ones. Nope, only in 2019, you got that absolutely correct buddy, good job.
For people wanting to find similar genres and more songs like this: - Hands Up (That's what this is) - Happy Hardcore / UK Hardcore (This is what "nighcore" was imitating by speeding up Hands Up Tracks.) - UK Bounce (It's basically Hands Up, but mixed with hardbass (donk).
EDM (as in Electronic Dance Music, not Big Room) was, is and will ever be my favorite style. No matter how it evolves, the best tracks in any substyles will always be there for us to listen to. It can be Trance, Hard Trance, Hardstyle, Hardcore, Dubstep, any other known and less known styles ! LONG LIVE EDM Well, I hope we won't remember the Big Room. Srsly.
