there are 2 songs playing one outloud and one inside the headphones, he wears only one side so he can hear the song playing that the crowd doesnt hear, he does so he can mix 2 songs properly(listening to the beat) so it doesnt sound off beat. and the nobs are to synth the music, so adding different effects to the sounds to help adjust for the new song, records are just music

As someone who's sole interest and passion is life, is Electronic music, and trance to be more precise....it sickens me to go back through the comments and read postings by people with usernames like 'Tiestopenguin' and 'Tiesto1992' who obviously claim to be fans, like 'this is my favourite Tiesto song' and 'This is not ernesto vs bastian, this is Tiesto's song' PLEASE, Get a life! its people like you who give Electronic music and Tiesto a bad name!

Please I don't think so look at him he would snap like a twig! *FACT:He was in a gig in amsterdam, he asked a member of the crowd for a spliff and thrown about a 10. He picked one and started smoking. He started telling the crowd that is was not the best but will do. He smoked the joint,he done one song just 30min into his concert he totally went white and had to stop the gig he was too stoned! On one spliff wow what a genuine guy
