DJI is just crazy, they use the FPV capability as marketing material, but then only allow you to use the dildo controller, probably to sell more of those, when the regular radio not only is compatible and only software locked, but it's a incredibly better input device

It's Crazy that they already had the controller mapped and went out to program the motion controller to work with it, i really don't understand them Integra goggles are like 600€ still expensive but a little less than the original goggles 2 MAVIC 3 pro looks very cool, i have the normal Mavic 3 and am tempted, but believe the new one flies for 10 minutes less due to extra weight so don't know really😂 You too take care! Hope to be more active lol

It's very basic at the moment, not even change framerate or shoot dlog, manual mode yes but it's still basic

Sad they didn't develop this further! It would be incredible and so useful too! It doesn't looks like true FPV yet, but for sure can produce great shots without that much skill, like the AVATA already kind of does lol

This is a Mini 3 Pro w/ the Optional DJI Wide Angle Lens, i like the way it looks. I think im going to pick one up. It even knows it's installed. The video processing power of the newer hardware really shows in the photos and videos taken right off the Mini 3 Pro itself. I cant even imagine the new Mavic 3 Pro.. And im not sure about the telephoto lense for Mavic. I would go on their website and scroll down for compability/fitment and it shows what specific drone model the DJI Part fits. With Head Tracking turned on in the Goggle 2, it does tilt the camera up and down when you look up or down with the goggles. And then it turns the drone left and right when you go that way. The head tracking feature is definitely pretty cool, but id also much rather have the controller to control everything and the fpv like he had going. I wish DJI would let this work for the DJI RC or N1 or even the FPV controller 2 linked to the goggles first lol.. Plus i really hope they add support for this feature on the DJI FPV Goggles V2. It has 03 vrx as far as i know and its got specs not really far off from the G2's. I dont need head tracking either so why not allow the V2's to work without Head Tracking Feature if that doesnt bother you.

@@Rimzler Sorry, you are correct- I forgot the V! DJI's naming convention is just plain confusing, don't you agree? Oldest to most recent: Goggles V1 (internal battery) Goggles V2 (external battery) Goggles 2 (Integra) Shortly after getting a Mini 3 Pro, I changed direction toward (non-assisted) FPV with a number of drones. I enjoy the flying experience with full control like nothing else! Having a Mini3 camera view with Integra is a big improvement over flying with the controller, but gps assist changes the experience tremendously.

Wow DJI are toxic, they had a year to make it work and now they shut the feature off, only with the crappy motion controller that has no precise control

@@Rimzler DJI does some really good products but sometimes they are just a pain in the backside. At this point I doubt they are going to officially support this or at least make it work the hacky way.

@@Rimzler Ya, found that out the hard way. So dumb. Why let it work with the Goggles 2 but not the motion controller 1, both came with the Avata.

Yea thats has the O3 in it too. So if they want it to work it will lol. Its also much faster than the Mini 3 Pro, so it would be alittle more fun for a quick cruise around in FPV lol

New firmware works with FCC! There is a file to put in goggles 2 to activate FCC, gonna make a video about it, but only works with avata, o3 and air unit, not MAVIC 3 or mini 3 If you do the rc workaround you can fly FPV in FCC with mini 3!

So far it is FCC but for some weird reason it's only 2.4 GHz and not 5.8 using the radio, and limited to a bandwidth of 25 mbps, it penetrates a lot more than 5.8 but video is grainier

@Rimzler no, I mean the fpv controller with the screen, do you get full range when using it with the new goggles 2 and your Mavic mini ?

Somewhat like a little reduced range, cause it uses limited bands, but much better than motion controller, especially in fcc
