I live in a beautiful growing city that has a story that just needs to be told. I would love a drone to help me tell that story. As a struggling beginner filmmaker I can’t yet afford one myself. I live in Chile, a country that for being so long has many different landscapes, I live in the 2 most beautiful cities in Chile, Valdivia where I study at the Austral University with incredible views of the river flowing into the sea between the jungle and pucon that has the best mountains in the cordillera and is next to the beautiful active volcano villarica. Unfortunately as I am studying I cannot pay for something like that but it has always been my dream to see all this from the skies.

Okay Gene, I leave in Lagos, Nigeria, and as someone that has never been on a plane before, it'd be amazing to get a bird's eye view of all the places I've been in. School. Where I live. The city. I'm sure it'll feel like I'm flying 😁. (Oh, and most of us that watch your channel are aspiring filmmakers anyway 🌚).

I’m going to Tahiti and bora bora in October for 3 weeks, I would document the hell of of some sandy beaches, tropical hikes, and drinking from huts over the ocean

I would go to down town Los Angeles to get footage of the buildings, especially as the sun starts to set because the buildings look more appealing when the lights are on. Also to shoot b roll when filming because I’m an aspiring filmmaker apart from being a student. I wish I had the money to buy one for myself but it’s too expensive (including the mini), so here’s to hoping 🤞🏻

I don't think it's legal to fly a drone in downtown LA. Also, you'd get tons of magnetic interference which can make your drone uncontrollable. My friend crashed his drone into a building in downtown SF because of interference.

Great video! I am completely happy with my Air 2. It is my #1 choice as a hobbyist. I’m a lead UAS pilot for my fire department where we use the Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual that has the thermal imaging camera along with loudspeaker, beacon and spotlight attachments. I still enjoy flying my personal Air 2 better. You fly a lot of the same locations I fly...PV, Fermin, Pedro, etc. it looks like you were on the Esplanade in your last shot with your lady. The same place where wifey & I walk our dogs occasionally. Maybe we’ll see you around the neighborhood soon. Keep up the good work!

Definitely the first place I would go to record would be the Atlantic Sea, there are some very good views of some beautiful corals near my house, I have always seen that drone in the nearby store but I have never had the money to buy it

I already plan on buying the mavic air 2, but as a gift it would make my life a lot more comfortable. I am planning a trip to the redwood forest to capture aerial footage of the coastline and towering redwoods, highlighting the beauty, and reinforcing the rich history of those magical trees.

This was probably the best video I could have watched to decide which drone I want to buy. Thank you for being so genuine and clear and for providing so many footage examples/comparisons for us to see. I was engaged the whole time - you are good at what you do! DJI should give you commission because I think you helped me decide I want the Mavic Air 2 👍

I would go fly this drone in Queens Town, New Zealand. I've been there before and the landscape is absolutely amazing with the color of the water being a deep blue and the hills an orange / yellow color directly contrasting with the lake. This location is really beautiful and flying a drone in this area would reveal another level of beauty. I'm a student and aspiring filmmaker and by myself there is absolutely no way I would be able to afford something like this!

I am going on a 10 days road trip to Arizona, Utah, and Colorado with my uncle. I started working with for his roofing company and he said we’ve been working so hard that we deserve a vacation. First places I would take the drone, is to Utah. We visited Zion National Park in 2016. My wife found out she was pregnant with our first child, just before the trip. You could get the best footage of Angel's landing, and the narrows.

The difference in video quality between the 2 drones looks pretty subtle. Like if you filmed scenes for a movie with both drones and used them interchangeably I don't think anyone would really notice

You were saying the Mavic 2 Pro had a better image in the harder lighting conditions but to me it looked like the 2 Pro was hunting for focus a few of those shots while the Air 2 was clean with the focus. Not sure if it was just by chance.

Hopefully, I am not too late. I would go 3 hrs and 30min from where I am and go to the blue mountains in Australia, NSW. I would find an Isolated cabin in the snow and go skiing/ snowboarding and let the drone follow me making awesome snow shots!
