That signal attenuation at the beginning was odd. But it eventually resolved up to 50 Mbps.

Hey there. Curious - at what elevation did you take off? I've been trying to find out any solid info on being able to take off over 2000 meters (about 6500ft). A lot of stuff I do is in mountains over 8000 feet, so it would be nice if this could fly higher than 6500 feet if I end up getting it!

Nice one! I cheaped out and bought the £169 basic drone only...😊 The cost to FPV this is just a bit expensive, if you haven't already got the goggles and fpv controller😮😊

How hot is it in the desert when you where flying? I got the same one dji neo. I like it!

I flew mine hard into a tree with no effect, so I will pass on the bumpers, however, I would like it to show up better in the sky. I may paint the outer rims with florescent orange or yellow paint.

Such a pity it won't work with the RC-N1 controller i use for my Mini 2 and Mini 2SE. Not prepared or can i justify buying the Neo and another controller. Impressed with you're video never the less. 👍

Why would you even need protection for such a small and light cinewoop drone? In case it hits something, not going to cause much damage to it, some even remove the guard on the top to save some weight for more flight time.

So disappointed that dji chose to remove the fpv gimbal mode when using non fpv controller. Seems like they are trying to force users to spend $600 or more to fly a $200 drone fpv. Also the whole thing of making the U.S. wait on release, and now it is appearing a lot of dealers are not going to be able to ship on the release date due to not having them in stock. I ordered one from Canada last week to avoid this possibility.

By the red indents on on your thumbs, I would say you were holding on for dear life as the Neo took you for a ride. ! :D I bought the fly more combo with remote. I would love to try it with the goggles but they are not cheap in Canada. I like the bumper pads you have. I think these may be key. My son crashed ours already and took a chunk out of the plastic rear right propeller mount. Still flies fine but bumper Mounts like yours may have saved it. That said, Mine loses satellite signal and controller signal like no other DJI drone I have ever flied. You have to be careful with the Neo. It sometimes has a mind of its own. In low light or flying over dark surfaces it can go totally bonkers. Everything about it just seems to go nuts in low light or grey days. The camera quality really seems to not like low light either. Fun little bugger though. Great for kids and new drone pilots who don't want to spend a fortune and are interested in trying the hobby out!

You should always take off and fly into wind so you don't have a problem coming into wind to get it back...common sense really

Take those bumpers off. It looks ridiculous.
