I love mine so far. It is easy to use and quick. I always say” the drone you have with you is the one you will use”. I really like it as so simple and I dont need to stuff around with a controller. Palm take offs great. Phone control good. I love the audio merging feature. All I need is more batteries when I can get them ! The DJI flight or lightCut App is great for editing and handles the vertical output no problem. You juts need to keep the shooting in mind
Thanks for sharing your view. And basically I share it. As already stated in the video, the autonomous functions are great. Nevertheless the video quality is only so-so and the vertical recording is not given. From my point of view the main killer is that the drone is to big as it is not foldable. However for the shot in-between and some cool perspectives it is totally okay.
My thoughts most of Neo features should be available on Avata 2 since they are more software then hardware features, for second better to wait Neo 2 lol
@@doatrip Gaps are my thing. My daily driver's a Mobula8, and I fly in Angle mode, indoors. I put that thing in places a 65mm goes. A Neo could never do it - even with me at the sticks. Too much chonk. Also, a Radiomaster Pocket, with an Eachine EV800D headbox is way easier on the budget, eh? It does have some tricks that make it a decent buy for content creators. Future firmware updates will help a lot, too. And if they sell enough, there'll be a Neo2, surely.
I believe you 100%. My FPV skills are very limited. Nevertheless I can absolutely understand that there is no room for comparison. The only thing I am saying is for regular drone users and here-and-then FPV-pilots it is lots of fun. I am flying an Avata 2 regularily but it will not fit fence gaps or carriage rim gaps. A trained FPV pilot might be able to do this like you described. 😊
@@doatrip It's fun - but the DJI goggles and controller are a bit steep for occasional FPV, I think. I hear a budget headset is coming soon from DJI, though. That should help boost sales. Still gonna be a pig to fly. :) It will do it - just reeaall ssllooww. Happy flying, and I hope you get lots of enjoyment from your new little guy.
