I use the 3 and 5 versions, but I really like the wheel on this one you show. Do you think the tracking would track a basketball or football/soccerball?

Yes, you can update the original Osmo Mobile 6 to get the new ActiveTrack. Tracking is done within the app.

Does anyone know if it can spin 180 so the 'main' camera can track me as the subject ( with the physical controls facing me too ) ? That would be super useful.

@@DansTubeTV I haven't found it yet - where I have the controls in front of me and the main camera is looking at me. What I have found - is gesture controls, which allow me to start recording and tracking, and then put it in standby mode.

It would do a good job but the problem is if it loses you, the footage will be unusable most likely.

Load up the DJI Mimo app on your phone, connect it to the OM6 and then an update will pop up if there is one available.

The joystick can only control the tilt in this mode. It seems to work fine.

Imagine having a company that was making so much money that you could just afford to send out millions of dollars worth of the same product to reviewers for the second time in two months just because you released a new color. It's a good thing Skydio just announced they were getting out of the consumer drone market, otherwise DJI might struggle to hold enough of the market share😮😂 In all fairness though, the update to ActiveTrack looks pretty good however. I can't wait to update mine.

I know 😮 it is crazy how much market share DJI dominant. The upgrade to the Osmo Mobile 6 isn’t major but the ActiveTrack upgrade is impressive.
