Yeah, yeah,! What about the battery 2 years from now or when the battery starts to show it end??? Where is the port? Don't see a single battery out there to replace the one inside. Just like Apple, eh? Too much of a pain to pay for this stuff with a condemned battery inside. I would rather go to your site and purchase a battery replacement that would last another 2 to 3 years of charging cycles. We keep on buying stuff just to be trendy. I'm done with that. I rather go back to an analog Steadycam or Flycam. Returning my RSC 2 Pro kit.
Your app does NOT work! It constantly crashes, won't allow me to log in, or just continously scans for device and never connects! Please help/fix the app so I can use the brand new ronin rs2 I just purchased!
@DJI, please make a more durable and removable joystick. Might has broken just simply by having it stored in my backpack. It isn't that rugged. Same with the RS3. If it was removable, it would less likely to break.
DJI needs to address the issues with trying to move the main arm for adjustment and balancing. The arm with The RS2 printed on the side. cannot move this arm. 2nd unit still an issue. POOR QUALITY UNITS.

Please help me out I bought RS2 gimbal when it is connected to my nikon d7500 in camera screen it shows PC connection. In this mode camera doesn't work
Need a LOT more instructions than this. You didn’t even mention the gimbal won’t even stabilize unless you pull and hold the trigger. Heck, NO ONE mentions this. Maybe it’s a common sense thing but not if you have zero experience with a gimbal and not when there’s other buttons and dials. My RS2 is doing all kinds of wrong things and I’m having a hell of a time figuring out what I’m doing wrong.
I am a videomaker and I tried a colleague's Dji Rs2 in the configuration made up of RavenEye and controls from the Ronin of my Lumix S5 but the Lumix S5 monitor turns off, thus losing all the features it offers including the autofocus combined with the Touch of the screen. This also happens to my colleague with the Sony A7iii and creates a lot of inconvenience. Can it be solved? Otherwise with regret I will have to give up the purchase, thanks.
Rs2 is the best, but it is pro and pro price. If Dji could create a version for consumer, for mirrorless camera with no more than 800g and small payload like weebill s but retain the dji quality at around 500$. I don’t like the rsc2 mechanism to go low footage. The rs2 is perfect but the price is steep for a hobby. Zhiyun weebill s has weak build quality. Zhiyun weebill 2 is too heavy. Crane m3 is a gimick that cannot handle big lens, balancing is not good. So there is no gimbal for me. I wish a consumer version of rs2.
I have the Black Magic 6k and so far balancing is fine without it on (sigma lens 12-24-24-70) but it won’t recognize my camera with the given usb c to usb c? I press English then after that it says connect the device which I assumedly did turned on the camera and the Gimble vice versa and no good?
