DJSwag AJ Lied and Is Still Tracing Art 

WATCH THE VIDEO. DJ Swag AJ made an apology video but it was sadly fake. They have been tracing people on another RU-vid channel of theirs. They have deleted the RU-vid channel, although that proves that they can’t be trusted. And it’s sad for me to say that I really wanted to believe them. Thank you to JockerWay for finding the proof towards them still tracing.

Why do tracers have the worst color pallets in their drawing, I’m sorry but 💀💀

It's horrible to know they lied about, " I Will Be Stop Tracing Forever," and continued tracing... I hope they will stop forever for good.

It’s really sad that they managed to get over a hundred subs after their “apology”, not to mention all of the views and comments on their video, because people decided to give Dj a second chance, only for them to totally waste it and still trace. Very disappointed.

I wish instead of lying and saying they quit art and continuing to trace they stopped tracing and instead of quitting art they practiced drawing art. Djswag aj could create there own style that could improve and eventually reach the level of the art that was traced, Some people would probably be willing to give them a another chance if they started to draw stuff they made and if they didnt enjoy drawing art they shouldn't trace art and lie about doing something they don't like. Dang, tracing is bad if it's used poorly. You CAN trace, but how you post\tell about your art. 😊

In my opinion, tracing as a whole online will always be attacked. It doesn't matter what the original person's intentions are, there will always be someone that will stir up drama. While most people disagree with claiming other people's art as their own, there are so many people that don't care, and do it anyways. It's truly truly saddening. This problem seems to constantly repeat itself... In many cases negative attention gets people popular for a short amount of time, I feel like it can being addicting to alot of people :(

Honestly, I had a strange feeling that their apology was fake to begin with. I wish they would just stop tracing and draw in their own style… :/

Bro this is so disappointing, I was so proud of them when they decided to "change for the better" and i gave them the benefit of the doubt. Everyone makes mistakes, but this aint a mistake, its just being deceitful now. Dj is probably gonna look back on this later in life and feel really embarrassed about their actions.. It'd be amazing when they realise that this is not okay lovely art work by the way leamon, your art doesn't get credited enough in these types of videos :)

This drama has gone so far that I feel like this chaos would make a good Dhar Mann video lmao- 😭 we gave them a second chance and they failed to keep their promise. Breaking promises is just wrong especially in this situation.

Here’s a tip to see if someone is tracing, I’ve learned from my own experience where someone was tracing Art, if their art style looks HEAVILY different every time they send art-they’re probably tracing, but still try and ask for them to send proof, try and find the image online, Etc to make sure and they dont get in trouble for something that isn’t true.

Sometimes people don’t have bad intentions for tracing. But Dj… heh. I could say less. Btw. Your videos are amazing Leamon!

*sighs loudly* I really was to think that was the end of the drama after their ,,apology'' video. I even made an art gift to apologises for all the mean things the people say to them, and oh, do I regret it. They had me fooled for some time (and I'm pretty hard to fooled). I just wish that kid would move on and stop with the damn tracing. (not trying to sound any mean). Anyways to anyone reading this have a good day or night!

I literally called it. Alright I’m gonna make a video about this too, I’ve got skills in finding the inconsistencies in people’s words as opposed to their actions and I’ve been dying to share my experience. Here’s a little snippet of advice when evaluating an apology: When someone apologizes online and asks their exposers to take town their videos on them, that’s basically just an attempt to dissolve any proof of their misbehaviors. If someone was really sorry, they wouldn’t do this. In DJ’s apology video, I took screenshots of all the things they did wrong with their apology, and there are a lot of them. It was just a matter of time until they traced again.

Finally another person who’s sharing this! I can’t believe DJ LIED to us and kept tracking. It was really obvious it was her, the poorly drawn items and well done animals, and the way she writes. And she said she was a teacher??? With THAT type of typing I don’t think so- I’m not trying to be rude but I’m VERY disappointed that she lied to us. Thank you for sharing this, I might a video myself like this… and AMAZING drawing in the background! It’s STUNNING, Leamon!

at first i thought they were a kid who needed to learn that tracing is bad, but now I think they are a teenager who won’t credit the original artists and thinks that they can trace forever then move to another account and win stuff from art that isn’t theirs

I don't know why, but someone assumed that DJ Swag is a p*do and not a minor at all due to the way they speak. Like they told that person "haha hilarious babe" which, is creepy ngl, but I don't think an adult would trace artwork to enter art contests for a kid's game. But ya, not only do they trace, but they make people uncomfy.

Idk why people even belived her in the first place Her original apology felt so fake and she kept making excuses instead of owning up to it. She only gave a pitiful sorry around the end if I remember correctly, but that was it, and even then it wasn't good. It all seemed off from the start. She's not sorry, she's only sorry she got caught.

I made art for them and they haven’t even looked at it, I’ve waisted my time for them, I can’t believe I wanted to make art for them. I’m also going to delete my video of the art I did for them. Sorry if I’m being too harsh.

It's horrible the way some of us Use Art, they sometimes trace.. Which.. they use badly and make abuse of it and trace And say it's there's when it's not.

I figured out Dj was still tracing when an art piece (very similar to the painting tool style Dj usually uses) was entered into my contest and a few of my friend’s contests. Recently the channel was deleted. Very disappointed and I will be deleting my fan art for Dj 😐 Edit: Oh my gosh the art is literally in the video. The channel was called The Punk Artist. Can’t say I’m surprised, that “apology” came off as very non-genuine, what with how it was mostly spent shifting the blame to other people and how it ended with “I hope the people who unsubscribed change their minds”. I didn’t believe it was genuine for a second, but I didn’t expect him to go back to tracing THIS soon.

If she hadn't lied, I was just going to say that she doesn't need to quit art altogether. She can even still trace to get accustomed to how to do the lines (obviously only for practice and NEVER upload the final result (unless they have the artist's permission as you said)/claim it as her own work) and apply that while trying to learn how to draw her own art. I hope she'll try to do that eventually and stop tracing but I'm disappointed for now how she just claimed she was going to stop but continued anyway.

It’s so sad to see they kept doing this, I hope more people raise awareness and I will make a video if I have to. I thought DJ stopped and did the right thing but I guess you can never completely trust someone after what they did wrong

I don’t see anything wrong with tracing art as long as the artist gets Credit for it. I’m sure I have tracer some art when I was littler,but I don’t see any thing else.

Oh my god. STOP TRACING WITHOUT CREDIT FOR GOD’S SAKE! I have started having a BLACKLIST for tracers on my maps, the FIRST rule on every one is NO TRACING, STEALING OR ANYTHING SIMILAR, I have a tracing blacklist. It doesn’t have people yet but I have it!

Ill admit I do trace once in a while when I see body styles or poses I like for a character I want to make though when I use stuff that is from other peoples art I credit the orginal artist since it isn't cool to copy someone else's art without crediting them, like recently made a Pokemon oc I call phase that uses The Fluffy Villain - Fluff Master mew oc body because I really liked the slick design there mew design had and I gave them credit for it when I posted her on my deviantart page despite our characters looking rather different. I wish DJ Swag AJ would follow in example since not crediting the orginal artist is upsetting because they work so hard to make what they make.

Hopefully We can educate them about That tracing Is wrong! It’s sad how they lied to the Aj community…

Back when I was not too good at art I traced art to find the style I like. I sometimes still do but I don’t post it. What dJ is doing is wrong, and I hope she learns to give credit to the original artists.

I sometimes use FTU bases but when I try to color it in it doesn’t work so I have to make a new layer trace the base and then the app allows me to color it I don’t think it’s tracing like the way DJ swag was doing it and I only use the bases to create a character or just design something and I don’t post it or say it’s my own work I don’t think it’s wrong but if it is let me know😢

I don't understand why they lied that they stopped tracing. It bad enough they claimed traced art as they're own. Honestly if DJ does make a real apology, no one will believe them. DJ pretty much just made it so no one trusts their "apology" or apologies. Thanks for making us aware of DJ still tracing.

This isn’t related to this video, but I’ve recently been locked out of my animal jam account, and I’m really sad. I keep trying to put in my password, and trying to reset it but it just won’t work

It is awful someone does these things, but the worst part is that they traced art for someone else, and that someone else is one of my buddies.. 😬 their user is ginger kitten and they are super nice! I feel bad they didn’t get real art though. 😢

I actually trace art too but only to practice my hand coordination and I normally only base my art on animals I took pics of, like my dog.

I know many good artists on Animal Jam that trace, but they don’t tell anyone about it. I would say a good percentage of the good art on Animal Jam is traced. I personally don’t find anything wrong with tracing.

I do trace some art for references such as : poses, hair styles But i do not post them on the internet or claim them as mine but i end up making most of it my own idea and its not right to trace and and claim it was yours in the first place and the fact that they used it in contests is unbelievably wrong
