Did the previous owner also lower the front suspension to match the geometry of the lowering dogbones? They should have…. So when it’s put back to stock remember to bring the forks back up in the triple tree.

Thanks for this video, I will soon be buying a 2008 V-Strom 650 that's been lowered so I plan to do both these jobs as soon as I get it. Do you recall what the price of the center stand kit was?
The actual dog bone bolts torque to 56.5 ft lbs, The lower rear shock bolt torques to 36 ft lbs. The remaining bolt on the cushion lever also torques to 56.5 ft lbs. Hope this helps and thanks for watching.
