Agreed at around 03:11:00. I missed the DLC having more interactions with the base game. You should be able to tell Gideon that you found Miquella, Melania should have a different line of dialogue if you've killed miquella, being touched by the three fingers should change something in the Abyssal Woods and there should have been something you could do for a new secret ending, etc...
I wish inheriting the frenzy flame in the base game had different interactions in the dlc. Especially so with Midra and the frenzy aspect of the game entirely (base game as well)
Hey! Who here would love to see a collab between Gino and Chasethebro?? I think there's a lot of innovative potential there. Gino with his PVE niche, and Chase with his PVP niche, they could do some kind of joint coop challenge run where they go through with Pale Tongue active at all times. They could think up and agree to some challenge conditions. I would watch the shit outta that!!!
I think the best way to explain why no-hit boss vs reg boss fight quality are inline is in the design philosophy. FS says they want the player to feel like getting hit/dying is always b/c of a mistake by the player and not a gimmick or artifice of the fight itself. Therefore, improvement feels like it’s always possible and all challenges can be overcome by adjusting your strategy or just getting better at the game. I think it’s the ultimate compliment to fromsoft if their challenging bosses can be overcome by not getting hit. So I definitely agree w/ Gino even though Im not a no-hit runner. Also why it’s valuable to watch a player like Gino even if you aren’t trying to no-hit bosses.
in elden ring getting hit is SO MUCH because of a gimmick or artifice. optional extentions on boss combos, input reading, long string boss combos/high health pools that inflate the time needed to concentrate, huge bosses that dont fit on screen, etc. now obviously its possible to no hit every boss in elden ring but it takes such a high level of play and consistency that it becomes unreasonable for the average player. so damage can feel unavoidable and all of a sudden the game has taken away some of the mistakes i was allowed to make. i mean shit it even still happens to gino now and then.

Bro rain of fire should be like a massive area where you can't basically avoid the fire damage if it's gonna be that small. Something more like a fire storm. Would be a decent DPS
I tried the orbital laser and multilayered rings of light on the death blight lion, the putrescent knight and fire giant, not a bad setup. The rings also melt Metyr
When you come down from the stairs go to the front right most corner of the ledge and turn towards the elevator pillars. Don’t sprint out, just jog out and about a second or less, turn towards the wall and you will fall onto the left pillar. Then just roll into the elevator. It’s complicated but I’ve gotten it first try multiple times and even the very first time I did it
@@ZePacifista I've seen a lot of people doing it but it's hard to practice on PS, the runbacks are almost as annoying as going through the sewer, last time I've tried 3 times and I lost patience
around 5:27:37 he two-shots a ghostflame dragon with multilayerd ring of light, i have tried to replicate it and done so pretty much perfectly, same stats, same seal, max level scadutree, same ash of wars, same talismans, but i just can't seem to do nearly the same amount of damage, i can only do around 4000 max, anyone know why?
@@paulfranks6833 i used everything he does(this includes both weapons with the same aow) except for the headpiece of armor, and to my knowledge it does not do anything for buffs
It's funny you should mention melania, I killed her my first time with milady 😂 it took me about an hour to do and I'm still not sure how I did it tbh😅 I really enjoy the milady/winged stance move set so I decided to give it a go and here we are lol😊
