A common sight through out Indian engines is that, the cabin doors are never closed at all , even when its at halt or at Max speed, where as in other countries, the doors remain shut at all times. Security and safety are always compromised in India. "Sub chalta hain" attitude is so evident in every sphere of activities.
The thing is, the Engine would be burning hot in these climate conditions of India, as the basic design of the locomotive is not for India. So either it has to be air conditioned, which I don't think will be done, or the doors have to remain open, because temperatures can raise very high.

@@TRS_By_PS Yes LP and ALP Both have horns. LP honks only at the time of Departing and when required LP will also honk. But mainly ALP Does the honking Job
Nice video bro,,but next time u have a chance to enter into a loco shoot a video coverage of full cab view bcoz its useful to know how loco pilot applying a brakes and reduces a speed of a train simultaneously,,

One question the loco pilots driving electric locomotive can they drive diesel locomotives if they are given?? Similarly if the Diesel locomotive loco pilots given electric can they drive electric locomotive if they are given ??
