if you where to build this deck in the tcg where the despian and branded cards are unlimited how would you change your ratios

@@n8thegr84456 Back when it was all at 3 in MD we did run them, so 3 Aluber/Opening/Branded Fusion. It was more consistent but it left like no real room for handtraps if you kept it at 40, but I think it's not a big deal to go to 42-43 if you really wanted to include something like that

After I played your deck, I found it bricked and mastering it might be very, very difficult

@@tutel2708 it does have quite a bit of a brick factor to it, its not something that can be fixed without making the consistency worse with this archetype sadly. we're experimenting with new cards at the moment but those cards wont come to master duel for a very long time, but at least theres something promising coming

It's hard to recommend a list for TCG since I don't play it myself, it's in a different meta as well with more decks to think about. As for the optimal plays, I think the deck would make more sense to more players if they saw it as a lower power Branded deck and played accordingly. The exception would be if you're able to make TFD and get Kristya on the field through any means with your hand, that would take priority since that can single-handedly decide the game.

The Metas are different for sure, but that's fine, I'm not trying to win any tournaments with the deck, just want to have fun at locals. Imagine in Master Duel the cards were at 3, how would that change your list?

@@dizi6363 having the protection of 3 Branded Opening is definitely welcome, especially for those non-targeting pops. 3 Aluber would make it a bit more consistent too. I assume that 3 Branded Fusion would be so good for the deck but I guess I just got used to it being at 1 that I don't see it as a big deal haha. I think the problem here is that you'll fill up the deck even faster with all of these that you might not even know what to put in for board breakers, hand traps, or other consistency cards

Exactly, it's hard to fit everything in. Even though I usually hate to do that, in this case it might actually be right to play over 40.

A lot of the times the TFD + Kristya Lock happens the following turn, so I can still keep my special summon amount low. There are also times where if I know I can do the Kristya lock under maxx c I usually go for it since it can instantly win you the game. Watch out for Nibiru though haha

@@ՓՓՓ I'm trying to build a competitive deck with DarkLords + Sinchro, but I still have a lot of problems with the meta decks.

@@xelz5975 I do have an older video about Darklord Runick where it's a lot easier to do synchro summoning. Might be worth looking into for making an updated version of it

@@ՓՓՓ I was testing cards like tokusano shinkyōjin to extend the card draw by drawing Itxzel who is level 10, Kahyoreigetsu to summon a minor fairy at level 4 extra and get greater polymerization at the end of the turn, I always carry 3 diviner of the herald to throw useful cards to the graveyard, I usually end up doing a combo with Trias Hierarchia, but I still can't put together a good synchro deck, I also tried using Ecclesia de virtuos that can be summoned for free on the second turn along with a level 4 I can easily take out Chaos Archfiend and easily clear an entire field, but since I always take it to 1 copy it doesn't always work out first hand, I was trying many combinations and I'm still trying more.

its hard to say a proper answer because it completely depends on the meta. right now any variant of darklords is going to struggle unfortunately

Absolutely. It's the least used card in the extra and pretty much used as Mirrorjade ammo for when you're deep in a grind game for the most part. Was thinking of replacing it with Proskenion to improve this deck's ability to banish even more.

Branded in general is a big brain deck

You'll need to know a bit of the spooky stuff like chain-blocking to play around certain interruptions, knowing what to prioritize based on what you assume your opponent might do, when to toggle ON to activate certain effects, etc. but I think it's one of the decks that can help you learn all of that with time.

LOL well for the most part that is what you're playing with this deck. Aiming for TFD + Kristya in the end board is still what this deck's goal is, just need to have some power to fight through to get there.
