@goggles789 the thing is even on roid cycle, u lose gains off it. Klokov still got strength out the ass to this day. I don't think he used much if anything tbh
Most weight categories below the 105+ or whatever the new one is are all 3-5% body fat during weigh-ins. Same as how fighters cut but not as extreme because they are weighted much closer to their lifts. They did a dexa scan of Polands Bork and he was like 4% body fat but you couldn't see any muscles cos he hairy af lol
His 357 pound military press was one of the strictest presses I have ever seen, no backbend starting the press slowly with absolutely no body movement.
+Ibrahim Assa One one the greatest lifts ever made was his easy push press of 225 kilos at around 110 kilos bodyweight I would assume that was his training bodyweight before the 2012 olympics.
+Keith Greenan yep. I believe that was early 2012 @ ~108kg. It's almost unbelievable how strong he is. I just wish he would've been able to show everyone how great he was/is in London
His 180kgs press is the greatest lift I’ve ever seen. More beautiful to me than Eddie’s 500kgs deadlift. Shoulder press is the hardest lift ever and doing 4 plates on it is just mind boggling to me
After all these years I can’t believe that no one has realized Dmitry is actually a large bear 🐻 that was taught to lift weights in Russia many years ago.
Spine chilling film John Doe thank you very much. Alternate idea for into could have been hyper slo-mo of best competition lifts and the epic music drop into his all time heaviest and greatest lifts. Bravo thank you
***** I have seen him strict press 170kg. It's really bad quality and it's a hard video to find but if you look around you should be able to find it. It's also titled in Russian too.
@POOR PIRANODoes all people taking roids can lift / squat / snatch like him ?? Its not only about muscle size, raw power and technique .. this stuff is more complex that you can imagine
Yeah, he does a whole lot of seminars + he knows that he can't get a medal at rio, he's old and the 105 category is stronger than ever with Ilyin, Nurudinov and Bedzhanyan
that's a really bad olympic motivation video, this only has a silver medal at olympic, if you wanna put a real motivation video you have to put Yuri Zakharevich, Andrei Aramnau, Ruslan Nurudinov, Sorahb Moradi, but this guy don't
