Thanks man for taking time out to talk and take a pic with me and my wife. You got my number, next time you’re in S.Texas, hit me up we’ll take you out to eat.
Another good one Joe. Hey it was nice meeting you there this year. Remember you always have a nice place to stay if you ever visit western Washington (near Olympia). Ride safe brother.
I love all of your videos. You and "scooty tramp scooter " are the only two I've subscribed to. I hope we can meet someday. I was at Dayton 2024 with my 81 Honda GL500 interstate. Worked for 3 vendors helping with ods and ends. I was going to Sturgis 2024, but life had other plans, so maybe next year. I hope I can find work to keep me going and be able to travel all around this beautiful country. Maybe I'll build the courage to just go on blind faith like Scooty did. See you on the next video, man. You're an inspiration to more than you know.
Joe, I know it's not your place but do you feel it was financially good for Memphis Shades or is the exposer more of what they are aiming at? I have had M.S. on several of my bikes and all have worked flawlessly for many years. FYI Pledge furniture polish covers a lot of small imperfections. Thanks for the effort making the videos...I enjoy them all
Great video Joe, sorry I wasn’t able to drop by before the end of the Rally. It took a bit of time to get to the Tabasco Factory in Louisiana. Forgot to ask you for a sticker too😁 Maybe I will catch in October for Biketoberfest.🤔🏍💨🤙
How did you think this year compared to others. I felt the crowds seemed lighter than normal. I was out there Wednesday to the first Saturday so I didn’t get to see if the crowds kept building or not. Not sure what the new normal is for crowds.
Looks fun accept for the setup and tear down days. Did you notice any backlash against Harley Davidson while you were there? I keep seeing RU-vid and X content criticizing Harley's CEO and woke policies he's enacted. I was curious if it was overblown or real. I saw a video of Harley's setup at Sturgis, and it was completely empty.
Hello Joe! Just another fan of your travels. I was just checking out the camping options at Sturgis and believe went right by your spot. Was going to say hello, but either you had ear buds on, or weren’t in the mood to socialize… Anyway keep on keeping on!
Hopefully, you were able to stick around and enjoy some of the scenery in the area. Do sights to see videos, if you ever feel so inclined. Restaurants? Cool roads to ride? Saloons of the West? Best place to get friendly with a Bison (JK). I'm sure you have an idea or two.
I was watching the street cams in downtown Sturgis and following the weather. It must have been a lot nicer working the last half of the week with the cooler temps although it may not have helped business.
Hey Joe how do you like that honda on the dirt and not so well paved roads. I just got a '18 honda crf250 rally. It is like riding a cloud through the forest. Stock suspension is great for me as I weigh in at 155 pounds.
It brings to mind the late , great Robin Williams in good morning Vietnam’ and the classic…… “ fool ! were you born on the sun! I said it’s HOT….. damn hot , real hot…. so damn hot… do a little crotch pot cookin’ “ 😂😂 It never gets old ❤
Most places are probably out about 15 bucks per hour. You can make more than that once you kind of build up a name and people get to know you. It takes awhile
