There are some RU-vid uploads, where DMX KREW talks about gear, one of them being the "Opal Rhythm Computor Tuturial" about a drummachine and sampler he build himself. Doesn't seem to be used on stage in this performance, but it's worth checking out
Always come back to this set, Ed really knows what he's doing. Just pure talent in this whole duration. Love how humble and knowledgeable Ed is at what he does. Great gig!
he did use synths? just recorded every sequence in his studio to the mpc, most easy way to do a live setup... most artists think its boring.. its still a legend man haha
Oui mais pleins de sample de ces synthé et boîte a rythme !!! Donc un gros travaille avant !!! Ça évite de tous se trimballer !!! Mais un putain de live !!! Et grosse maîtrise de la table de mixage !!
Mostly all his own tracks for sure, with the exception of a few maybe. Absolutely brilliant set - actually exciting, all over the place! Some proper electro and acid here, doesn't really get much better.
20 years go he played for Rephlex Rec. Party in Gent (BE), legendary evening. He sported a headset with mic then. more vocal electro stuff. Lost his voice?
@@TheNahmate also the track from 01:08:00 can't get it out of my head. Congratulations DMX on clean breakdowns thru 01:11:00 Really minimal and bounce.
Dope..!!!! Sometimes he sounds kinda in a way similar like Ceephax Acid Crew, but each with his own groove and flavor, of course....Very Nice set...!!!
The audience will very shortly take off, when the combo of E and alcohol kick in at roughly the same time coz every one knows you neck it when you get there.
