The only thing I don't like about this kit is the shoulder bits. I kinda prefer the old shoulder bits, gave him a bit of flair. As emgo says...its my figure, display it as I wish! I love this kit and can't wait for my copy of the kit! Thanks Emgo!

I got my kit in the mail today. Strangely (unless I missed something) mine didn't come with the hardware, axe adapter, or gap fillers. Otherwise I love the kit! Edit: Nvm, I'm a dummy. Hardware etc fell on the floor when I opened the kit.

Important question: If I were to get the upgrade kit, would it have to be a full commitment to have it all work properly? Or is it possible to leave some stuff out to preserve most of the original mechanics. I’ve heard it makes it super fragile, but I still want the poseablility

you can store the turbine spikes extenders for combine mode on on the exact same spot as combine mode in jetfires robot mode also the toe peices can store on jetfire's feet in his robot mode

Nice! Looks soooo much better combined now. Looks like they're combined and actually armor.

I recommend using Jetfire's head to make the front armor, the arms hold it, the cone of the jet will be split in half by your knife and secure it in place. I actually did it with my toy and it worked.

I wish this upgrade kit would have brought the chin piece

Emgo, if you struggle with the front pieces of the combined mode, what I do is take off Prime's stomach piece, put it together, and then put his stomach piece back on.

In my opinion the only thing this upgrade kit is missing in order to make it completely movie accurate is a alternate interchangeable head for optimus cause in the movie his head had extra pieces attached to it so I hope that someone can get that made cause literally that's the only thing that's making this seen not complete.

Finally got around to installing this kit recently. Anyone have a tough time getting that wing section to “thoop” all the way out on the new hip piece joint? The new joints don’t want to extend fully on my copy and I don’t want to break anything.

With this Jetfire, (ROTF) I absolutely love the alt mode. But hate robot mode and the film really wasted his character

Emgo316 there is an easier way to flip out the back pegs. They have little tabs that you can use to flip the larger ones out.

I have a skipjack figure and I already have him combined mode but I had to collect the rest of the destructicons and I'm going to use the cereal seaweed version of the devastator as a drone and the transformers combine wars devastator will be the original one
