It takes our NHS to actually confirm that it was this guy and he still believes he is the victim of false identity. Unfortunately it was the tattoos that he had and his fingerprints that gave him away. He is really not wanted here in Scotland, America is welcome to have him back!

Scotland can keep all the African and Albanians raping the Scottish women. Also... he went to the hospital in Scotland for C0V1D, and they checked his DNA in international databases??? What a crazy country!

Or catching men just for having consensual sex with fake charges. They also mess up DNA all the time and arrest the wrong person, who might be a cousin. Also... he went to the hospital in Scotland for C0V1D, and they checked his DNA in international databases???

“The Original Tattoo As you laser the ink away, any scar will become more and more apparent. Often the client will believe that the laser has caused the scar, whereas in fact, it's just revealing what was already there. Also it's not always possible to get every last trace of ink out of the skin.”

if the American ex-wife collected any form of life insurance, she needs to be charged with fraud

Having married on November 5, 2010, Alahverdian's wife divorced him in May 2011, previously having made a police report stating that although she was divorcing him, and had a restraining order against him, he repeatedly called her. In October 2015, Alahverdian was married for the second time. Seven months later, his second wife moved to divorce him. A court ruled that Alahverdian was "guilty of gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty" towards his wife. Temporary restraining orders had been put in place against Alahverdian, which the court ruled that he violated by seizing "all of the marital household goods and furnishings from the marital residence". The divorce was made official in 2017. One individual who spoke to the person claiming to be Alahverdian's widow, later described the 'woman' he spoke to as sounding like Hyacinth Bucket, with "a very high-pitched English woman's accent"; he was advised by the police that the caller was Alaverdian using a "voice disguiser". His 2nd marriage ended in 2017. He faked his death in 2020. Given he was marrying a British at the start of 2020, its a fairly simple conclusion to make that it was neither of his ex wives who were speaking for him, and was in fact Alahverdian himself who was disguising his voice, much like he is doing by pretending he is British. No mention of anyone claiming any insurance.

@@Flat_Earth_Sophia Tom Mooney of The Providence Journal explains that authorities tracked his whereabouts to his Glasgow flat by cell records and iCloud usage. His wife was there and said he was in the hospital with Covid. The hospital staff was given the Interpol notice and they confirmed her husband Arthur Knight’s face and tattoos matched those on the notice. He was fingerprinted and arrested in the hospital. He was ultimately extradited based on matching fingerprints, tattoos, photos, and supported by the fact he had so many aliases. DNA was never mentioned in the extradition hearing. However, Utah and Ohio authorities have said they have Nicholas Rossi’s DNA from the 2008 rape kits. While jailed in Scotland, “Arthur Knight” was ordered to submit DNA but refused to comply and it’s not clear he ever did so. It’s ironic, too, because if he really isn’t Nicholas Rossi then it would be in his best interest to submit it immediately. He knows he’s screwed.
