Without DNA confirming that the man is the father he can’t do proper documentation for the kid. Besides DNA doesn’t lie. The lady wasn’t honest and knew perfectly well the kid wasn’t for the man from the onset but made him take care of the child for the past 13years. He can’t keep doing charity work when all this while he thought the kid was his. He was deceived. Every man should do DNA before ! Most especially first born child and also when you're not in the country but still in and out, do DNA of every child you had with your wife or girlfriend before thinking of coming for that child/them to avoid issues like this. A friend of mine was a victim of this. Out of 4 children , only 2 of them were his, the first born and the last born. Men should be careful before you spent on another man's child. Open your eyes wildly.

In the US they will complete the DNA before you go for interview and if is not your child then the visa is denied. Waste of money on tickets back n forth because once the results is otherwise you cannot leave the person there.
