A pretty easy one. I just ask the Ouija Board where the ghost is (and eat a sanity to stay topped off), then head straight to the room to get evidence. You can also do the Sunny Meadows easter egg on this one - drop a T3 crucifix on the summoning circle to prevent a cursed hunt, and light up all the candles in the summoning circle (eat a sanity after 3 candles to stay above hunt threshold), and stand back.
